most damaging/useful weaponskills from another class

please advise what weaponskills work nicely with lancer build. ive been looking forward to bloodletter since i'm leveling archer. Any advice? :)

http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...ties-questions pretty much it write nearly everything need. Though ws from another class wouldn't make much different with lancer damage beside Bloodletter right now. Skull Sunder can be helpful though.
