So I heard that about a while back that the quest "A Relic Reborn (Veil of Wiyu)" once had a bug. I head that it was fixed but it doesn't seem so, even though I don't know what the bug was. Anyways I have the erudite's picatrix of casting with the 2 salvage might III but its still not unchecked.
