AFK Timer Crashing Launcher

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Every time I accidentally forget to move my character while waiting for queue's my entire launcher crashes when an auto-logout attempts. It's getting rather annoying. An AFK timer is one thing but having no way of fixing the launcher is a completely different thing. Do they have some sort of launcher repair/file check system like they did in FFXI that I'm unaware of or anything I can do that doesn't involve cheating the system to get rid of the AFK junk?

I have no problems logging out on normal cases but if the server decides to log me out, launcher error pops up and the whole thing crashes. Oh, and I'm not experiencing it on one computer. My laptop does the same exact thing.
