BRD Looking for FC/LS for 50 content (semi laid back)

Hello all, my name's Kirzan Aran. I am currently looking for a group of people who are able to complete (or willing to learn) low tier end-game content and progress from this point on.

Relic status:
At Hydra and have done the fight on WAR.

Gear:
Currently mostly in AF (Dinged 50 yesterday).

Play Time (EST):
Week days: Usually from 6PM to 11PM.
Week-ends: All day.
I have a full time job and, of course, there will be times where I am needed in life.

Past Experiences:
I have raided in EQ (a long time ago), and in WoW up to Cataclysm. I know what I am doing and I have tank-like reflexes. I usually have a character ready for all roles up to the point where my group is. I am able to heal, tank, and DD. In ARR, I wish to focus on DD.

This post is to find a group who are relatively in my situation, don't commit their lives to this game, and would like to progress through the content at an average speed (as long as there is some form of progress).
