Unexpected error - (2)(45d)

I am encountering a new error when going to different zones where my computer starts to lock up. Yet the strange thing is I can move around freely outside of Gridana from the time the lock-up starts to occur. I have seen few others with this problem on other sites but no solutions that I see. Is there anything I can do? Any suggestions?

Below is an error message that occurred several minutes after the lock-up began

"An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.(2)(45d)"

Quick update on the situation, so far I have re-installed the game and seems to be running even better than the first install. I am recommending anybody that has this same situation to re-install as well as I think it will be the solution to the problem. I'll post any other problems I'll have occuring from here on for anybody else wondering
