Weird graphics glitching

hey I have a decent enough computer that is higher than the recommended requirement for the game. But when I log into the game I get weird white graphical lines that will come down the screen at times.

I also have to rotate my camera basically right up under my butt to see text dialogues, mission info, or skill info. I have no access to seeing anything in the game besides pictures and the outlines of boxes.

This happened the first day I logged in, and went after on the 2nd through 5th day that I played. Now this morning I log in and it is right back to what is was.

Is there some way to fix this issue for good? I don't normally turn my computer off at night so maybe that is what is causing it?
