You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered

you sir like me have been hacked. You can verify this by logging into your mog house where it will say your account has been suspended. You may or may not see additional characters on your account. SE will not send you a message or e-mail justifying the suspension. Phoning most likely will not produce results and you will likely wait 2 hours+ for a response from a representative. Although there have been 1 or 2 very vague acknowledgements from SE that there is a problem they are keeping it very hush hush with the public. They did release on their news that they would like players to improve their security especially via tokens. They have not voiced any plan or method whatsoever for those that have been hacked to be able to remove their suspension and enjoy the game. At this point your best options are to 1. buy a new copy, set up a security token and start from scratch or 2. hope SE addresses this issue and gets you back in the game or 3. move on with life without looking back. Personally I'm giving 2 a try, I submitted questions for the upcoming letter from the producer and if he doesn't address them I'm probably going to move on. On a side not I got kicked off while I was playing just after beating Garuda normal mode. This game is amazing, but I can't buy into anything where in seconds my progress can be taken from me. I'm level 44 on a legacy account I think it's pretty obvious I'm a hacked account not a goldseller account I can't believe SE hasn't done anything to try to fix this yet.

The only thing I do on this computer is game, I have not signed up for any forums, I have not opened a single e-mail, I have protection and have checked out clean in regards to keyloggers. I also have not bought or sold gil. This username is unique to this game alone so you can put that whole argument aside about me having weak security, how they got my info I honestly don't know.
