Where's my reward?

Hello, So I've just completed the achievement "I Got this" which requires you to meld 5 materia onto one gear, the problem is... where's my item? (Gamblers crown)

Is it supposed to just drop into your inventory/armoury chest, in the mog mail or what? I can't seem to find it at all.

Nobody reads those little help notices that pop up for things...

The one describing achievements says:
"Achievement rewards can be claimed from Jonathas in Old Gridania"

(He's over by Apkallu Falls)

never seen that pop up before either, good to know!

It's pretty easy to accidentally turn off those help notices without even realizing it, since it gives you the option to disable them from the start.

The problem is that help window for achievements tells you where to go to get rewards far, far before you ever going to get one in most cases. It doesn't show up again at a later time when you do get an item either.

I know for sure I never turned it off because a pop up came for Advanced materia melding, maybe it was a random bug.
