BLM - apocatastasis.... logic?

So about this skill here....

Gives a pt member a debuff saying apocatastasis cannot be cast on them again for 1 minute. But the CD on the skill is 2 minutes.

Where is the logic here?
Or could this be a bug? Like the CD was intended to be 1 minute and re-cast on the same pt member 2 min?

So you can't cheese mechanics by a constant resistance blanket from stacked Mages.

It's so another BLM can't use it on them.

I think most of the abilities we got for the blm is really boring and situational.

Most of the BLM abilities are bad and just not needed at all. The only ok ability is Flare, and even that is pretty bad and very situational. Really, THM is a great class with a mediocre job attached to it.

What, I use Manawall and Manaward all the time to not get horribly murdered from AoEs. Apocatastasis I've used on every raid fight so far but Caduceus, and Aetherial Manipulation I've actually been using on Turn 2 ADS to dodge lasers while passing rot.

I've yet to use Freeze tho.

What I mean is nothing from BLM goes into our primary or even secondary rotation and everything is situational. Most of the time you won't need Manaward as you shouldn't be getting his anyway, but it is nice to have.

The beef I have with the BLM abilities is that out of 5 the abilities, 3 of them are buffs that don't add anything to what our class is supposed to do. Even Freeze isn't good but it sticks with Ice's bind / slow theme so I'm ok with it. Convert is just bad for BLM (3min cooldown and we have umbral ice anyway), Apocastasis is near useless, Manaward is nice but why give it to BLM, Freeze is too long of a cast time to land on anything moving, and Flare is situational.

I use eye for an eye and apocastasis on tank or whm to alleviate healing/death. Not all the time just situational. I've kept them alive many times with a fraction of life left, so can be healed many times. Freeze I don't use often but do have swiftcast attached to it in a macro. Manawall n manaward I have attached together in a macro as well just incase I grab aggro or in trouble.
