What kind of solid proof do I need to get a botter banned?

I have already sent 14 videos of one botter doing mining.
(Three of them include 3 of his own FC mates try everything on him but no response...)
But it looks like GM do nothing about him... He still farming shards and now he's 50.

Is there any other ways I can contact GM, or do I need another kind of proof?

14 videos? i mean yea botting is bad in game... but are you playing the game at all? or just on a bot hunting crusade? (serious question)
