Account Time Remaining Issue

I put in a ticket regarding this issue eight days ago: Ticket #2760964

In short my problem is that my account says it only has two days remaining - am I wrong in that our accounts have only been active for 20ish days? Should we not have 10 (17 with the additional 7 granted) days remaining on our accounts?

I realize CS will answer my ticket ASAP; however, I was planning on subbing for the first month after free-time. Now I am concerned that I'd just be paying for time and no resolution will ever come. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you think it'll be safe to extend the account/the time will be extended later?
