Just curious

Why is pretty much all the gear i get from quest broken?

And do players have to repair them or is there some sort of special repair place i can go because the standard repair isnt working and its saying a weaver has to repair it.

Gear you get from quests come to you in 100% Condition.

What it says is that in order to REPAIR the item yourself you have to have a ________ Class at __ Level.

It also tells you what Grade 'Dark Matter' you need in order to repair the item yourself.

Ohh i see now.. stupid question :/

It always had a red X and i would right click it and it would bring up repair.. So i assumed it was broken

The Red X means you are either not high enough level or not the right class to equip said item.
