Mouse Scroll up/down

It would be nice to be able to rebind these as hotkeys.

Currently they are locked to zoom in and out; they cannot be changed at all far as I can tell.

In past games, I use mouse scroll up/down as essential hotkeys and always rebind zoom in and out to say SHIFT + scroll up/down or to the keyboard if possible.

I am actually going to beg that this is changed because I need this for 2 hotkeys badly.

If this has been brought up somewhere else srry! Or if there is a way to actually rebind these some how then let me know! Thanks!
