Crafting log issue and Levequest giver issue

When I open my crafting log and choose a item from the list the cursor acts like I am doing a very rapid continuous right click on that same item giving me continuous you are unable to craft don't have required materials, if my first click is on a item I can craft the effects the same and it will contiuously accept making the same item again unless I can quickly hit the x in the corner when the pick your item screen quickly pop up again.

When talking to levequest givers when I pick what type of leve quest
I want it open my journel and it flash as if always being selected and wont close until I close the leve quest givers windows

Resolved with replacement of mouse
