SE no longer services this title???

I submitted a ticket earlier today via the links provided by SE regarding FFXIV ARR account's being compromised. I went into my SE account to check on the ticket and I noticed something strange. See below:

Now before someone says that this is for v1.0 - this is where the mog station links sent me to submit a ticket for ARR. So, can anyone explain what the line highlighted with stars is suppose to mean?

Its pretty obvious, take a look at all the posts in the tech support that have been answered by SE......Theres 316 pages, I'm not going to go through all of them but I bet you are hard pressed to find any....
