So it has come to my and everyone else attention that they have to wait 20 to 40 minutes somtimes even one hour for duty finder to find you a group to play with and i do believe this is because people are rushing fates like crazy.
what you wanna do is to drastically increase the timer on fates once they are done they shouldn't appear after 30 to 40 minutes forcing players to do quests, dungeons, hests and trials in the meanwhile BALANCING all the other aspects of the game out.
That's a terrible idea. Dungeons need to give better exp and better rewards. There's no reason that they couldn't add Tombstones of Philosophy and seals to lower level dungeons for anyone with a level 50 job. It'd encourage people to actually run them. Your idea just means that people will just find a more efficient way like spamming leves or spam killing mob camps. As it stands for the effort and time put into dungeons they just aren't worth doing until endgame or for a goal.
