Various missing features and items - character transfer errors
So I waited a few weeks in the e-mail queue for a response telling me to contact live support... which apparently doesn't exist. Likewise, the given phone number is not toll free and is busy half the time anyway, and I have no desire to pay more than the game itself to get something resolved.
Essentially, I am missing:
- About 40 Marauder levels and various crafting levels (which is fine - I can always grind again).
- Missing legacy character mark. It appeared once at creation, never again.
- Missing legacy character cinematic. Again, not important, but might be indicative.
- Missing CE items - I have a 1.0 CE, but have received no new items.
- Missing goobbue mount. Probably the most important issue for me. I need him back,
- Missing old chocobo. Doesn't really matter, but again noting his absence.
Anyway, I'm not feeling good about this whole situation. I've been in a queue for nearly a month only to be told than nothing can be done through that channel, with no clear indication of where to go after that. I'm quickly losing my zeal the longer this goes on.
