Any way to cancel a ticket?

Hello.

I could not find any info on this so wondering if anyone is able to answer:

I had my account compromised this morning and just got access to it this afternoon. I lost all my gil and crystals on my toons and retainers. Frustrating. So, not really thinking too much of it, I submitted a ticket to see if I could get restoration of items/gil lost. To my dismay I am learning it an take up to 5 work days to get a response to a ticket.

If they restore my account, it goes back to the last time I had access to it, thus any thing I do now will not matter at all; ie leveling, crafting. So I cannot play. Or rather there is no point in playing until my ticket is looked at, right??

I really did not lose that much, 150k in gil and 1k of each type of crystal. No big deal really, but it would still be nice to get it all back. However, in the time I get my ticket looked at, I could make it all back.

Thus my question is, is there a way to cancel my ticket??
