Is the Duty Finder still laggy? (During Primetime)

Last night, I tried Titan (hard) with my first premade group. I felt I had the basic understanding of the fight down well enough to do it in a serious context. At first, our group was doing fine. No one was getting knocked off the side or hit by serious AoEs.

Then it started. A few of us began to get hit by "Weight of the Earth." I couldn't speak for the other players, but I figured it was my horrible ISP acting up again. (I have cable and I already know that can be an issue during primetime -- your bandwidth is 'shared' with other people in your area.) Then I started getting hit by landslide, something that hasn't hit me since the DF congestion during Early Access. I had teased friends about getting hit by this because it feels like you have forever and a day to avoid it... but here I was, dying in the silliest of ways. I thought it was a fluke (perhaps I hit a lag spike?), so I tried again. I consistently got hit by this ability to the point where we had to keep wiping because of me. I figured it was my ISP and politely left so as to not waste anyone else's time.

Then it got even worse. My boyfriend (who was also playing) stayed in that group because he was a tank and didn't have to really avoid much. His lag wouldn't matter. I watched and saw how two other members, and then a third, started consistently getting hit off the side by landslide. They'd keep retrying, and the same thing happened. None of us had been hit by it before, but now everyone was getting hit by either landslide or weight of the earth consistently. It was very frustrating, and they just called it quits. Everyone was in a different area, so you can't exactly blame one ISP. It was around 3-4am (EST), which would be midnight to 1am (PST).

So my question is... Is the Duty Finder still laggy for anyone else? Are you noticing times where you are having more difficulty avoiding mechanics than others? Do you ever experience a moment where it seems like the time between the 'load' bar and the actual animation is much shorter than normal? I know SE has done a lot of maintenance to try to improve this situation, so I really want to know if last night was a fluke (for my group) or this is a consistent issue. I may start looking for groups during the day when the DF isn't as congested.

To be clear, when I say Duty Finder... I am referring to the servers used to do Duty -- dungeons, instanced battles, etc. They are different from the world servers.

I had latency issues last night but it was in and out of the duty finder. I got hit with error 90k three or four times and got scared when 3102 hit me once as well but that went away. I figure it's just them still playing with the server stability, coupled with the fact it's a weekend. Still nowhere near as bad as it used to be.
