Clicked the + button to get 2 items for Jellyfish Humours. Hit enter to purchase. Game took nearly all of my gil. Went from 3,500 plus to only 2 gil. Could not get the funds back, NPC would only sell back to me for literally 1 gil per.
If possible...I'd like to get the gil back. This wasn't some accident on my part, the game will only allow purchase of 99 items at a time as far as I am aware, not 200 + or anything. How on earth hitting 2 then took all of my gil I have no idea. But I would like to get my money back if at all possible. There's a huge disparity between 99 items and 2 items. The game would have given me a warning for 99 items because I would not have had enough funds. :(
The game did not have any means to contact a GM in game...so this is my only recourse. Getting these funds back will take quite an amount of time, so if I could have any help getting that gil back due to this bug it would be greatly appreciated. All I wanted to do was synth an bronze awl and that is what lead to this whole debacle. :(
At the very least, in the future, if a mistake like this happens again, please allow something where we can return those items to the NPC and get the lost funds back somehow. I am bewildered that this even happened to me.
