Attribute points reset

Not sure why i was directed to fill out this template. Not too much surrounding this issue.

Time: 9/13/13
Frequency: 1 time (maybe multiple but first time i noticed)
World name: Balmung
Character name: Jarlaxle Baenre
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: n/a
Class/Level: lv 37 archer
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: no idea
Area and coordinates: in Limsa Lomasa, don't know coordinates
Steps:
1. message comes up saying attribute points reset
2. was not able to distribute attribute points again, not sure if my additional points were removed or not

Not filling this out below as it doesnt matter. The message came up and told me that attribute points have been reset but i was unable to allocate any points. Still had 0 available but not sure if my stats actually changed or not. Just want to make sure that I still have my additional points from leveling up. Thanks
