after the completion of the lvl 44+ dungeon Dzemael Darkhold for the grand company immortal flames i was unable to complete the quest Shadows Uncast (Immortal Flames)

Go do a few quests or try lvling up. One of those worked for me
Thanks for your report on this! This issue has been brought up to us before, and we've alerted the relevant parties. As a possible workaround, however, free up a space in your inventory. There is an issue where company seals a briefly considered an item in the inventory before becoming currency, and you may be unable to complete the quest because there is no space in your inventory.
