Looking To Meld Materia / Melding Requests

I think it would be great if we could:

Customer:

• Right click our own item > Meld
• If we cannot meld it ourselves, it asks for a reward amount it changes our social status to "Looking To Meld Materia" so crafters can search for requests easily
• My melding request goes into my own "Melding Requests" list, as well as to a global "Melding Requests" list

Crafter:

• Crafters should be able to access the global melding requests list with all requests individually listed (/sea gridania meld ltw 25-50)
• When a crafter finds the individual and takes on his or her a melding requests, they should be able to right click the individual > Meld Requests and take on all the jobs they can/want

Customer:

• If a crafter doesn't approach me, I would like to be able to find them and right click > Request Melds, in this case the system would present the crafter with my melding requests list and the crafter can do as many or as little as they wish
