Teleport hack bots

Several times on Diabolos I have seen teleport hack bots used for gathering in Mining or Botany. They are always in stealth, and teleport from node to node.
You can mark them with an X or something and watch as they teleport around usually standing in a strange place (well above the node in mining, or floating and sometimes partially in a tree in botany)

why? what is up with photobucket?

would have used Flickr like I usually do, but uploads are broken at the moment.
