The Bailout lockout, just an idea

Now suppose you run a good portion of the dungeon. However at the 2nd or even last boss you find you just can't beat it. Lack of dps, pinglagg. Who knows. But the first person to leave will get hit with that lockout.

Then we have the Trolls, you bounce on in, you load just as fast as everyone else. You see a Healer/Tank then pop. They leave without a single word.

Both gain the same lockout time. I think those who stay and leave after an honest try shouldn't receive the same amount of time locked out. The amount of time they are locked out should be concurrent to how long they were actually inside of the dungeon.

With insta-leavers getting cut out for several hours to say the least.
