Compilation of 2.1 Info Request

I've been searching the threads here, and not finding much info, or maybe I'm just abit lazy, idk. housing in Limsa in 2.1, I think the pvp area. Not sure what else is coming. And not sure when to expect in the patch. Any changes to crafting and gathering? Any new materia? New dungeons? Raids? Swimming ever going to be implemented? Does anyone have info regarding this issue? Would be much appreciated, thanks.
