Behemoth/Odin Fate Spawn Timer/Rate

Would anyone be so kind as to enlighten me in how the wait period between each encounter is designed and/or how long it lasts?

I've been trying to catch the Behemoth fate for about a week now with no luck.

not sure on odin, but i think its around 3 days or 72 hours.
