My Character is Still missing (3 tickets gone unanswered and closed)

To recap I played during Beta phase 4 on this account. I had the same problem many players had about the invalid account when early access came out but after 3 days they fixed it and I was then able to login. However my character was missing. I know it still exists my friends have it on their social lists and here it is on the lode stone http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...acter/2340229/
My Japanese server character is all that shows up on my account and in game. I submitted two tickets as instructed to the support team, concerned and frustrated I called phone support after 15 redials I finally made it past the busy signal to be put on hold for 3 and a half hours. I was told by the person I spoke to my ticket would be Escalated. Instead I find all of my tickets are closed, my problem still exists, and I don't even have a single response. This is incredibly frustrating and does not reflect well at all on your support and customer services. I still need help, if anyone knows a way to solve this problem or some moderator can see to my issue actually being properly followed up and fixed (it has been 3 and a half weeks roughly) I would appreciate it. I like the game, I have friends I want to play with, so please help, I'm holding off still on registering until this is resolved.

They cannot move your character from your now invalid service account. When they "merged" your service accounts all they did was apply the preorder code to the original service account. So if this character was on the other service account then you can't access it without reopening that service account.
