Account Inactive Help

1. The launcher is asking for the code again, and when i enter my pre ordered code it says it is already registered.
2. In Mog Station it says that my account is inactive
3. In loadstone, it says that i neef at least 1 chacter, but i cant login
4. I checked in findmyorder.com and the serial is the same one i received in mail when i bought online.
5. I sent 5 ticket no answer yet
6. 3 weeks without playing
7. I paid usd 42, and played 2 hours
8. i checked my spam mail, and have not received a second serial just in case


help plx
