Petition - For an increase in SP cap from +10 levels to +20 levels.

As many of you who have ever played gladiator as a tank job may know, the current "Hard" mobs are relatively easy to tank. +10 levels for capped SP is a bit too easy in a well balanced party.
What I propose is that we ask the dev's to increase the SP gains for parties fighting mobs 15-20 levels above their current level.
Currently if you take a guild leave or fight a mob higher then 10 levels above you without leve links or in open world, the SP gain is capped. What I mean is theres no difference in SP for a lvl 30 party fighting a lvl 40 mob or a level 50 mob.
Now there is two ways at looking at this.
1. keep the SP system as is in guildleves and increase SP gain for parties grinding mobs 15-20 levels above them in open world.
2. change SP gains in both cases.
In summary.
Please can the Devs have a look at the SP system for mobs higher then 10 levels above your current rank. As it currently stands there is no point in challenging yourselves in a party with people as their is no real gain.
Additionally have a look at increased difficulty elsewhere.
