people running around weird and game lags for like 5 seconds then game catches up

Ok so I've been running into this problem about 90% of the time I play to where the game decides to make my time on here annoying as much as possible. Ill be in a fight or whatever and Ill see everyone standing around for like 5 seconds just to see them using all their attacks and what not seconds later. I don't know if its a latency issue or if I need to upgrade my CPU/Motherboard, anyone have some insight of what the problem could be?

Been happening to me too, and someone in my FC also. Only started recently and not sure what's causing it.

Such a pain, its ruining my experience when I'm trying to get out of shit in fights.

Happening to me too, left a rant on the forum I'm on PS3 so its unbearable since the new servers were brought on and the world caps removed

This has been happening to me also.. it will lag out every couple of seconds than catch up. Its very annoying! I have tried everything i could think of to fix it. It has only started since last maintenance.
