Same issue as was reported on Gilgamesh earlier today.
No ability to see other players /say, /shout, or /yell. First noticed and confirmed around 4PM PDT, could have been earlier... but that's when I logged in.

Its still broken unless someone knows of a fix been like this since Thursday afternoon. Wish someone would say "Hey we see its broken and don't have a fix atm" at least. I work in customer support and server maint and my mind is blown at how badly SE is addressing issues.
Still having issues as well. Would really appreciate some attention here. It's making any type of communication... difficult to say the least.
