Copy current Action bar to macro command

Is there any way we can get a command that copies the action bars we create into macros?

For example, I just changed my job from conj to archer. I don't have an archer macro to set the abilities I want.
I equip the following manually:
eaction 2: feint
eaction 3: raging strike
eaction 4: ferocity
eaction 5: hawk's eye
eaction 6: puncture
eaction 7: arrow helix
eaction 8: protect II
eaction 9: siphon MP
eaction 10: cure III

Is there any way, in the user interface, to design it so we can copy this current action bar to, say, the CTRL 4 macro pad and essentially create an archer ability macro without having to manually create one?

So instead of manually creating that macro, I could just go to macros---->option--->create macro from current action bar---->destination CTRL4 macro slot. Macro created!

Would be so much easier.
