Gilgamesh World - Error 90000 followed by 1014 & 1016

I was selling junks to vendor, and all in a sudden I got "Error 90000: Connection was lost" message. I clicked "OK" and tried to log back on. I then receive a new error message that I have never seen before: "Error 1014: World data could not be obtained. Please try again later."

Another thing to note is that after I clicked "Start", neither my character is showing up in the preview nor is any of her information (race, guardian and etc). However I can still select her name through the list on the right, once I confirmed to log in using this particular character I immediately get Error 1014.

My character is able to load now, but I still have the 1014 error.

All of Fallgourd (all the players there) went LD before I got 90k ... can't find the servers still for me on Gil

You aren't alone. I was fighting in Drybone when I got hit with the 90000 error and now can't get past 1014. Looks like I'm done with the game until tomorrow.

There are many posts about this. This happened because Odin spawned and too many players ran to his fate, crashing the server. It happens a lot on many servers. It'll take time, but it'll come back up

Same thing here, Gilga is dead, was just on the last boss of our instance :'(

I was in Castrum Meridiadum(?) when it happened. So maybe it's not just Gilgamesh?

Exact same thing just happened for me, and I was just trying to get my carpenting up. /: Really sad that we pay for this game--and I'm sure they would like for us to keep subbing in the months to come. It's not right that we pay money to play and then can't even play when we want to. I don't have all day, every day to play. I'm a full time college student and house-waifu. I really hope this is fixed, soon! QQ
