Stuck in hydra after kill, game did not recognize win

My party is currently stuck in hydra, we had a DC when we entered and the only way to get out at that point is to die, but we pulled off a win.

So now we are stuck in the instance and although hydra is dead we cannot leave.

Submitted a support ticket but yet to get a response back, this kind of thing i would say is a critical bug and if it can be recreated easily will probably need some emergency maintenance. Hydra is a hard fight and now I am stuck in limbo after downing it, possibly not getting win and having to do it again.

I hope that given that a bug stopped the win we can still get credit.

This just happened to my party. Any update on what happened?
