Login/logout procedures and 3102

I wonder if it has occurred to Squenix or anyone else that the whole 3102 error could easily be solved by enabling an auto-logout procedure when logging into your account through the launcher?

I am running into the issue that my account has been hacked, i've contacted customer service and they told me they resolved my issue. Upon finishing my call i went to log in again and wouldnt you know it, they didnt do anything i was still locked out with 3102 because that gold spammer was still on my account.

If they would just implement a system like EVERY OTHER MMO or game in general with logins. Where it would log out anyone on the account when someone else logged on... 3102 would be fixed, easy as that. But instead theres a huge cascade of issues nowhere near being resolved because things are being handled horribly.
