So I just recently got Fire III on my black mage and I've read that it's suppose to cast Astral III. But when I use mine it summons Astral II instead. Any help would be appreciated

You cannot stack a third Astral Fire until level 40, 6 levels after you get Fire 3. The tooltip is incorrect until you hit that level, and i think they just didnt want to make a second tooltip for 34-40 or something. Who knows
