This isn't an in-game issue, but a problem with Lodestone. I searched around for a Lodestone-specific area to report this in, but was unable to find one.
In the newly-launched Grand Companies of Eorzea page for the Garlean Empire, Gaius von Baelsar and Nael van Darnus both have Nael van Darnus' description and history.
