Ghocobo Companion Messing up my day

So this is weird. My chocobo is saying its summoned, to fight with me, but I cant see it. I can also summon it to ride, witch isn't right cause when its summoned to fight with you, you cant do that. But he is no where to be seen. Here is my big problem, cant go into DUTY FINDER due to that it thinks my chocobo is still in my party, witch its showing on my party display he is there. Keeps saying party members too far away to enable Leve quests and also too many party members for duty registration. HELP

Log out and back in again. It'll be just like a Snickers and make everything better.

Could you also clarify whether you had used gysahl greens to summon your chocobo at some point before trying to use the duty finder?
