No voice acting sound

Hello,

I contact you because I have a bug since some times (can't say how long I got it), I simply have no voice acting at all in game. I got some in the begining of the game, then it suddenly stopped. Since I had put the voices to 50% and other stuff to 10% or so, I put all back to 100% and I still don't have any voice acting sound.
I'm runing a windows 8 OS and it was perfect in the begining, I tried to open the game with admin rights, still no change. Can you help me please ?

*Can you list the quests or cutscenes that you were watching that didn't have voices? Please note, not all cutscenes are voiced.

Every cutscene, since we play as a couple and my compagnon has sound, I can know easilly if it works or not.
I found a temporary solution for making it working even if it bother me. It seems that if you don't select stereo speakers (2.0) on your sound program, acted voices cannot work, so even if you have 2.1 like me for exemple, you have to put stereo instead of 2.1 in your program or it won't work out.
I hope you'll find an appropriate solution soon and that what I did will help you a bit for that.

I am also having this problem...the latest example is the "Duty,Honor,Conquest" quest....there were no voices at all then all of a sudden about halfway through the cut scene the voices started again. The voices stayed through to the middle of the next quest in the sequence then was gone again..Are there quests that are only half voiced? I thought is was odd...
