SE not responding to ticket??

I've submitted two tickets - one on 8/24 and one on 9/7. Neither has been responded to. I am a v 1.0 player who doesn't have access to the game. I'd really, really, REALLY like it if SE would at least respond to either of the tickets. I'm at my wits end.

Seriously, SE. What the hell is going on?

It's no different from mine. Ive submitted 2 on the same date & time, and first one got answered and asked for a reply...Which was 3 weeks ago to which no dated reply has been there. The second one just got issued and asked the same thing as the first. Lol. And here i thought their marketing strategy was just a fail on the mobile platforms.

Same 2 weeks now. No answer

From what I've seen, chat and phones are basically the best way to get ahold of them. It may take a day or two, but better than two weeks IMO

What are the NA phones? Or links to the chat? I find it hard to manage during normal business hours (I even made this post on my break), but I'll try anything at this point. Thanks!

Seriously sad that this is an issue for multiple people.

Still waiting on SE. This has to be a joke. I wouldn't expect this from a game that needs subscribers to make money...

Given how many accounts are currently compromised and being used by RMT/bots, it's almost expected now..
