1.Can every HQ crafted equip reach 5 materia slots?
2. Is there any item that can use level 4 materia? I know I've read that level 4 materia can only be applied on il75+ gear and since highest crafted gear is i70, there wouldn't be any gear on which such materia can be used. Maybe they changed it though?
