I was not able to update my game. through the frustration I deleted the game to re download. now my account has apparently been compromised and I had to reset my password. I cant log in to se account as it keeps rejecting my information which is absolutely correct... what can I do. as no one from support is getting back to me?
Sadly it sounds like your account has been hacked by gill sellers.There's a lot of posts with this issue from many people afflicted. :(

Your original post suggests you've already contacted support so unfortunately you need to wait for them to get back to you or try ringing them (other threads have suggested you need to ring pretty much as soon as they open though or you won't get through before close of business).
ohwell I cant ring them. and I contacted them. yesterday. so its whatever il just throw this in the trash.

You probably have a keylogger on your computer and even if you recover your account at this time it will just get hacked again.
