World Transfers and Paid Services

Okay guys, it's officially two days away from the exact middle of September. Can we PLEASE get a date for the start of World Transfers and Paid Services? Some of us are waiting on friends to be able to transfer so we can play together with pre-existing characters.

It doesn't have to be right now. All I'm looking for is a specific date to look forward to. It's not really the not having it available that's killing us; it's the not knowing.

This. Dear god, please, either charge separately or put an optional name change with "Fantasia". I want to Race change so badly, but having a female name on a male character would make me scream!
