Cross-server friendlist

Hi hi,

So I've been playing FFXIV since the Early Access and met some nice people while clearing dungeons using the Duty Finder! But now we run into a problem.. they're all from different servers than the one I am playing on!

So I was thinking, would it be possible to make a cross-server friendlist so that you can add the nice people you meet, and maybe even hit them up to run an instance with you? This way the community throughout other servers are also getting closer to each other.

But what about the names? If you have double names on your own server how does that work?
Well if it's possible what I just suggested, it should also be possible to somewhat put the server in the name, example "No One (Cerberus)" or something like it.

Would like to see it happening, maybe it's possible! :)

I agree!! I've met a small handful of really cool people through dungeons and they always end up cross realm, it's a shame :(
Cross realm F-list and being able to send TELLS would be freaking awesome. haha

I'd love this, as I am sure many would, but am not holding my breath on it being added anytime soon ><

Sending tells, organizing groups, it'd bring the community across all the servers so much more together!

Neither would I, but it should be possible considering there are more games out there that have it like this, and in the world of coding, nothing is impossible! :P
