Logging in is a snap but when I get to the title screen the start button isn't available while the others are. After I wait a couple of minutes I get the error [2002] and then it kicks me off. I've tried re-installing it twice now and it doesn't work. What should I do?
Is it just a blank black screen with the little loading wheel in the bottom right hand corner? If so, then i'm having the same problem

I've tried that option and sometimes I can click the start option and my character pops up but when I try to log in it gives me a different error [90000].
