[EU] Recovery from Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Sep. 13)

We were experiencing technical difficulties in several Japanese data center Worlds wherein users were disconnected from several instances. Additionally, some users who were disconnected from instances were experiencing an issue wherein they could not login.

We are pleased to announce the issue has been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
