Not received 1.0 legacy / CE items.

Hi there. I've been playing on Typhon with a new character since official launch, and received all items owed for Legacy / 1.0 player status (Legacy Chocobo); as well as Collectors Edition (1.0) items. (Helm of Light, Behemoth Barding, Behemoth Minion) on said new character at official launch.

I decide to play around with my Legacy character on Sargatanas today, and have received none of the above items, though I did manage to recieve the Goobue Mount and Company Chocobo from the Calamity Salvager. Is this intentional? Any help would be appreciated.
