Ifrit bleeds, We Can kill it bug

I complete the previous steps untill the part that you have to attune with the Zahar'ak aetheryte.
I attune with it and complete the quest. Then the game system says The Bowl Of Embers (hard) is now avialable through the Duty Finder, but actually is not avialable.
I can be attuning with the aetherite for eternity, but nothing happens and i can enter the duty.

have you tried to abandon the quest and restart? i donno if you can, did the quest complete and you recived the seals for it?
