I entered my preorder code under my brother's psn account by mistake on my Playstation and never received my preorder

Preordered items never sent to the mog mail. I have posted in the past with no response and I called SE in the with 2 hours wait time and no one answered. I posted a ticket in game and nothing... can someone help me
